OUTDOOR QUILT SHOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Due to space limitations,
each applicant is limited to three (3) quilts.

Please send us a photograph as required of your quilt;
a snap shot is fine.

The photograph will be used to assist the quilt show committee
in planning the display of all quilts.

By submitting the above application,
I understand and agree
to the above and the following provisions:

1.
My quilt may be displayed indoors at the Museum and History Center, or outdoors near this building. Location of display will be determined by the quilt show organizer, the Mariposa Piece Makers.

2.
If displayed outdoors, my quilt will be subject to the effects of weather, including but not limited to bright sunshine, wind, and rain.

3.
The Mariposa Piece Makers will take every reasonable effort to ensure the safe and appropriate care of my quilt. However, by submitting my quilt for display, I specifically acknowledge that the Mariposa Piece Makers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to my quilt, including but not limited to: theft, vandalism, effects of adverse weather, or any unforeseen condition.

4.
It will be my responsibility to deliver my quilt to Mariposa Piece Makers representatives between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm at the Board Room, Mariposa County Unified School District, on May 2, and to pick up my quilt at the same location between 5:00pm, and 6:30pm on May 5th.
